Tenants are referenced externally by a Professional referencing company. The checks include a credit check, employment & affordability checks, as well as a previous Landlord reference where applicable.
Our Rent Guarantee service offers peace of mind that your rent will be paid on time every month once a tenancy is in place for your property. Your legal fees are also covered by us in the unlikely event that your Tenant should need to be evicted.
Yes. We aim to inspect your property once every 6 months. We will produce a full inspection report complete with photos and you will be sent a copy for your records.
Yes. A cash Bond equivalent to one month's rent + £100 is taken from Tenants at the time they sign their tenancy agreement. This is registered with a Government approved Tenancy Deposit Scheme and can be used towards any dilapidations or rent arrears at the end of the Tenancy.
We will advertise your property on Rightmove, Four Walls Online, and on social media for maximum exposure.
