Managed service: a monthly management fee calculated at 6% of the monthly Rent instalment plus VAT for 3 months, then 10% of the monthly Rent instalment plus VAT thereafter
Rent Guarantee service: a monthly management fee calculated at 12% of the monthly Rent instalment plus VAT
